NeighborSeek is a real estate discovery and matching platform. You may use our service to explore neighborhoods, receive property information, and connect with licensed real estate agents. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By submitting, you agree Chris Harris may call, text or email you, and may share your request and contact details with a licensed real estate agent in your destination market to help you. If he introduces you to an agent outside Kentucky, Chris may receive a referral fee from that agent's brokerage; it does not change your price or what you pay. Agent availability varies by market.
NeighborSeek does not send automated text messages. Any texts or calls come from Chris Harris personally. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop, tell Chris or contact us at chrisharrisrealtorky@gmail.com. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
NeighborSeek provides informational tools to assist in your real estate search. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. Market data, neighborhood scores, and property valuations are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals or legal advice.

Our platform uses third-party services including Firebase (Google) for data storage and SendGrid for email delivery. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
